Contractor Approved provides a city-by-city contractor review and referral layer. Availability, approval status, category coverage, and city coverage may change over time.
Submitting a homeowner request or contractor application does not guarantee approval, placement, routing, or a business relationship. All decisions remain manual.
The current contractor offers are one-time $29 purchases for a 30-day term processed by Square. They do not renew automatically. A city-slot purchase covers one Contractor Approved city-and-trade placement; a Featured Profile purchase covers one exact claimed contractor-search.com profile. Payment does not bypass the published review or identity checks.
Users remain responsible for normal hiring diligence, including license checks where required, insurance verification, written scopes, pricing review, and contractor fit.
