When a city-and-trade slot is live and approved, the public roster does not quietly sell the same surface to multiple interchangeable contractors.
Approved contractors are positioned on the public local surfaces that homeowners actually use, not buried in a giant contractor list.
The site keeps homeowner requests and contractor claim flow separate so the homeowner-facing intent and the contractor acquisition intent stay measurable.
Open-city path
St. George is the only live public roster now, but contractors are not limited to Washington County. If you want Contractor Approved to open a city you serve, use the same claim flow here.
Questions
The live public St. George roster is currently fully seated. However, we regularly monitor demand and accept applications for backup slots or future market expansion.
The checkout collects $29 for the first 30 days only. It does not auto-rebill. If you want to keep the slot after the first term, renewal is confirmed manually before the term ends.
Yes. St. George is the only live public roster right now, but other cities can still be claimed through this page as open-city applications.
